Description: Waipu Cove House is a free flowing organic floor plan layout that bends around the crest of a hill following seasonal sun paths, wind directions, optimised view and natural topography. A wind protect centralised Japanese zen courtyard links building segments together creating a revealing experience of moving through the house while being witness to the unique natural environment.
