Description: Dundonald Street House is designed as a large North facing clerestory roof  given the steepness of the site and difficult North orientation. The central clerestory brings low angled winter sunlight into centre and rear of the house, while also cooling the house over summer using stack effect. Living spaces receive direct Northern sunlight with outlooks onto existing bush area and Mount Parihaka.
