Description: Master Planning underway for this disused agricultural land with a very large existing reservoir on it. Rather than fill the reservoir in, the clients have chosen to make the disused reservoir an ecological feature pond. The master planning is designed around outlooks onto the pond, views to a mountain, green corridors, green spaces, and maximized cross ventilation through the site.
